What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

After your order is dispatched by Shop Sneakers Ltd, our delivery partner courier will send you an email and an SMS with information about the estimated delivery date. If you already know that you will not be home on that day, you can change the delivery date or request delivery to a neighbour using the DPD link sent by email and SMS. <p>If you were unable to contact DPD before the first delivery attempt, do not worry. A second delivery attempt will be made. After the second attempt, the parcel will be left at a DPD agency and can be collected within 7 calendar days.
